Add a little milk and vanilla and whatever for a great shake. I do have to sweeten this, because there is no fruit to sweeten it. This melts faster than the fruit shakes and is icier, but I totally love it and enjoy the guiltfree part too. But it probably isn't for everyone.Stephaniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09414309792801737744noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-472399563141922488.post-21768750091971158192009-03-09T12:48:00.000-04:002009-03-09T12:48:00.000-04:00I don't know if you are into healthy foods, but I ...I don't know if you are into healthy foods, but I use frozen strawberries, vanilla, milk and a little bit of maple syrup (or sugar or honey) and food process until smooth. It does melt faster, but I love it and have nothing to feel guilty about. Also I buy bananas and peel them and freeze them in ziploc bags. When I want one, I pull a few out and let them sit the food processor for about five or ten minutes with some milk. Then I blend it with some vanilla, peanut butter (and sometimes something to sweeten it) and sometimes cocoa with maple syrup or a little sugar. Yummy!!!Stephaniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09414309792801737744noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-472399563141922488.post-43863721681323715922009-02-28T15:08:00.000-05:002009-02-28T15:08:00.000-05:00Thanks for the link!
